Domain-Specific Libraries

Here you will find information on how Domain-Specific Libraries can be handled in Scene2Model. A Domain-Specific Library is a collection of concepts, which are used to visualize innovative designs in the context of Scene2Model.

A library consists of different classes or design elements which are the abstract concepts used within a design. For example, Human or Device. Each design element then has a type, further defining the classes and specifying the notation. For example, the design element Human can have the types Worker and Manger. The design element also defines the attributes which are later available.

The functionality for managing the Domain-Specific Libraries can be found in the menu bar under Library Management, see the picture below.
